Career & Qualifications / Professional Background & Qualifications
With a background in business administration and a banking apprenticeship, I started my career at Deutsche Bank, where I worked as a corporate client advisor and later as a specialist in the central training department. Subsequently, I founded my own practice for supervision, systemic consulting, and mediation, as well as the Institute for Psychological Continuing Education.
Over 20 years of consulting practice, I have supported numerous leaders, teams, and organizations in the private sector – with a focus on organizational development, leadership coaching, conflict management, and change processes.
